"We have been with Amber and her team for a couple of years now and they have been nothing short of extraordinary. We haven't had to file a claim, thankfully, but we did have them quote out our new business ventures and several other things, and they were always so kind, patient, and willing to assist! Even now as we move out of state, Stacie has been pivotal in making sure our policy transfers to the new state without a hitch. I believe the true colors of a business can be seen in how they treat people who are discontinuing their services, and in this light, Amber's team is truly gold. Stacie has gone above and beyond, even researching new agents to assist us where we are moving, to make sure the transition is smooth for us. We would stay with this team forever if we weren't moving out of state. Also, as a side note, if you live near their office, they have the cutest dogs in the office with them and they often do customer appreciation gifts. I know in the past they've done mugs, boxes of girl scout cookies, and more. These folks really know how to show their appreciation for their customers!"

"I generally HATE dealing with insurance matters. Recently our insurance company stopped doing business in Washington so we were forced to find new home and auto coverage. After shopping around I eventually found Amber Trott's agency and serendipitously was connected to Courtney Huckabay. Courtney was knowledgeable, professional, and patient with my questions. She didn't try to oversell me on any products we were not already needing. She was able to find us better coverage at a lower cost than we had been paying. This experience I had dreaded, she turned into a pleasant conversation that ended up saving us money. "Friendly staff, but the insurance spikes are getting out of control. My rates have increased $30 a month in the last two years, and every time I’ve needed something it’s not covered or I still pretty much pay the entire cost…"

"After having our daughter’s car window replaced the glass company was giving us the runaround and was extremely rude when I tried to get the issue fixed.
